Here are apps, websites, and other things that I personally use and love greatly. (Note: Some of these are affiliate links, and I may receive payment for your patronage. That said, I never suggest anything I don’t believe in wholeheartedly.)

Apps

Motion – An AI-powered digital assistant that helps you plan out your workday. Moves things around as your day changes, and is always updating and improving. Perfect for ADHDers who need some time management help. (7-day trial)

Sunsama – Task-management app that also focuses on energy management and work-life balance. Allows for setting up weekly objectives, and integrates with a number of project management apps. Lovely for those who need something to remind them to be mindful of themselves and their time and energy. (14-day trial)

The Sukha – A virtual coworking app that uses a number of meditation techniques, Pomodoro, and gamification to help you get things done, but with a much happier twist at the end of it. You join groups (mine is called ADHDone), and work together to try to climb the charts with productivity points. I’m there every day from 9-11 Costa Rica time. If you decide you like it with us and want to upgrade to PRO, make sure to use code ARIANNA for 20% off. (7-day trial)

Amazing Marvin – A wonderful productivity app for those who want a little more control over what strategies they use and the look of their dashboard. Includes quite a bit of gamification, rewards, and adorable animations you unlock as you gain points. Lovely for everything except project management. (30-day trial)
